Crema Zabaglione Panettone
Naturally leavened over 48 hours, the soft, fluffy and fragrant panettone is a pure expression of tradition and artisanal workmanship. This unique cake is filled with drops of zabaglione custard cream and hand-wrapped in elegant foil paper with ribbon.
Ingredients: wheat flour, zabaglione cream 25% (sugar, water, glucose syrup, marsala 11%, sweetened egg yolk 1.6% (of which 50% sugar, 50% egg yolk), ethyl alcohol, gelling agent: pectin, skimmed milk powder, corn starch, flavourings, preserving agent: potassium sorbate, dye: extract of paprika), butter, egg yolk, sugar, candied orange peel paste (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), natural leavening (wheat flour, water), inverted sugar syrup, emulsifier agent: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids from vegetable origin, salt, natural flavourings of orange. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, soy and pistachios.
