Vallebona Traditional Panettone with Wool Pompom
The panettone is made by a family company based in Turin, who’ve passed their secret family recipe from generation to generation.
The panettone is hand-wrapped, and accessorised with a red pompom made by hand from Piemonte wool.
Artisan panettone handmade by a small family producer. Carefully selected ingredients including Belgian butter, Italian flour. Individually hand wrapped. Each pompom is made by us with 1 m of hand spun Piedmont merino wool.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, candied orange and citrus peels (orange and citrus peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, preservative citric acid), fresh eggs, sultanas, butter (milk), sugar, fresh egg yolk, natural yeast (wheat), milk, emulsifiers mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, glucose syrup, flavours, cacoa butter (milk), salt.
