Ingredients: wheat flour, sultanas 20%, butter, egg yolk, sugar, frosting 10% (sugar, egg white, hazelnuts 9%, ground rice), candied citrus peel 7% (orange, citron, lemon, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), natural leavening (wheat flour, water), inverted sugar syrup. Decoration: almonds 2%, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids from vegetable origin, salt, natural flavourings of orange. May contain traces of peanuts, soy and pistachios.
