From the Veronese tradition the preparation of a unique cake: Gilber’s classical ‘pandoro’ rich with quality ingredients is a traditional feathery-light Christmas cake shaped like a star. A true pastry-cook’s work of art.

Ingredients: wheat flour, eggs, sugar, butter, whole fresh pasteurized milk, natural yeast (contains wheat), fructose, emulsifying agent: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids from vegetable origin, cocoa butter, salt, flavourings. May contain traces of nuts and soya. Ingredient packets icing sugar: sugar, wheat starch, flavouring.
