Vallebona Chocolate Panettone with Wool Pompom 500g

The panettone is made by a family company based in Turin, who’ve passed their secret family recipe from generation to generation.
The panettone is hand-wrapped, and accessorised with a red pompom made by hand from Piemonte wool.

Artisan panettone handmade by a small family producer. Carefully selected ingredients including Belgian butter, Italian flour. Individually hand wrapped. Each pompom is made by us with 1 m of hand spun Piedmont merino wool.

Ingredients:  Wheat flour, chocolate chips 19%( sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter (milk), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavour- cocoa:47%min.), cocoa cream 13% (glucose syrup, water, suger, dextrose, sunflower oil, skimmed milk  powder, cocoa powder 3.5%, natural flavers, cocoa butter, stabilizer: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate, salt), eggs, suger, butter, egg yolk, natural east(weat), milk. Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose syrup, flavourings, cocoa butter, salt. Nutrition : Typical values as sold per 100g. Energy 1634kj, 390kcal, Fat 17g, of which saturate 11g, Carbohydrate 51g, of which is Sugars 31g, Daietary Fiber 1.7g,Protein 7.3g, Salt 0.44g. May contain traces of nuts and soy.
