Save the date for one of the most festive events on the KCS campus!
Join us as early as 9am for U12 and U13 rugby matches and at 10.30am for the Rugby 1st XV exciting match vs. Emmanuel School.
The Fair officially opens at 11am.

Volunteers
We depend on your time for the success of this fun, social day where our community comes together to welcome the festive season.
Please sign up to as many timeslots as you can, in your year group as well as in general help.
Raffle Ticket Sales
Incredible prizes are waiting to be won just in time to treat you and your loved ones.
£1 = 1 chance to win! Raffle prizes will be announced shortly as well as the link to be able to purchase the tickets.
Announcement of the winners will be made live toward the end of the Christmas Fair and you will be contacted via phone/email if you are a lucky winner. Please note you must be 18+ to purchase raffle tickets.
Donations Needed
The success of our parent stalls count on your incredible generosity. This year we will be seeking the following donations, to be collected at each of the main school entrances from Monday 13th to Thursday 23rd November.
Bottles – all bottles welcome to take part in the bottle tombola
Toys – perfect condition toys for the very popular toy tombola
Chocolate – new chocolate, all shapes and sizes welcome, for the equally popular chocolate tombola
Gifts – perfect condition gifts that children can purchase in the Secret Bazaar, where adults are not allowed! Please consider items suitable for men, women and siblings!
Pre-loved sports items – we will accept items for boys and girls to the age 6- 18 years, including pre-loved ski wear, sports wear and equipment for football, squash, tennis, hockey, rugby. Please do not donate helmets, shoes/boots/trainers, or balls.
Panettone and Wreath Kits
All orders will be ready to collect at the Fair outside the Dining Hall at the Hot Chocolate and Bubble Tea Stand during the Fair, between 11am and 4pm.
Stall Holders
We are currently sold out and are working with a waitlist.
