By purchasing a ticket and attending the event you accept the following terms and conditions.
Cancellation by a ticketholder
If a ticketholder wishes to cancel their ticket for any reason (including testing positive for Covid, self-isolation or where the ticketholder is the primary carer for a family member with Covid):
• Anytime before 5pm on Thursday 14th April –The Friends shall offer a full refund to the ticketholder, provided the minimum number of attendees required by the Hurlingham Club has been reached by that date. If the minimum number has not been reached, no refund will be offered. The ticketholder may independently offer their ticket for resale or find a replacement to attend in their place.
• From Friday 15th April onwards – The Friends will not be able to offer any refund as confirmation of final number of attendees and full payment would have been made to The Hurlingham Club. The ticketholder may independently offer their ticket for resale or find a replacement to attend in their place.
Cancellation by the Club
If the Ball is cancelled or is rescheduled to a later date by the Hurlingham Club due to Covid restrictions, The Friends will refund the ticketholder in accordance with the terms of the refund given (if any) by The Hurlingham Club.
Covid Measures
To attend the event, all attendees must be symptom free and have a negative LFT test taken 24 hours before (evidenced by NHS text or email).
