Applying to hold a stall at the fair

The fair is open to the public free of charge. In addition to the stalls selling a broad range of goods, there are games for young people, food and drink trucks, and musical entertainment.

Stallholders are placed in various places across the school campus, both indoors and outside (mostly uncovered-stallholders must bring their own gazebo, if they wish). Tables are approximately 1.8m x 0.6m. There is no parking on site, but you may drive on and off the site for a short time to unload before and after the event.

The current price (subject to change) is a rental feel (£115 for a single space for a table that we would provide or for you to bring your own rail / £230 for a double space) + 10% commission from sales on the day + the donation of one item to our raffle.
